How a batch is made

Six steps from yarn to finished companion. No mass production — small batches, by hand.

   Choose yarn

   Cotton yarn in three batch colours — moss, blush, umber.

2. 2

   Hook the shape

   Each turtle is formed stitch by stitch, entirely by hand.

3. 3

   Build the shell

   The shell is crocheted separately and securely attached.

4. 4

   Stuffing

   Soft fill for shape and feel — not too firm, not too loose.

5. 5

   Details

   Eyes, flippers, final stitches. Every piece differs slightly.

   Quality check

   Inspection, label, packaging — ready for the EU warehouse.
